also, the same kind of problem seems to happen for dependencies. dependencies ive
declared in grandparent pom and flagged as war.bundle are not bundled.

Description:
i hope this is not a well known issue (i browsed for it in jira but couldnt find it).
i have PomC extends PomB and PomB extends PomA. groupId is defined is the
least-derived POM (i.e. PomA) but then, when running the reactor it appears that
PomC.groupId = '' instead of the value defined in PomA.
