Here is an overview of the issue:

        Key: MAVEN-551

       Type: Bug

     Status: Unassigned
   Priority: Major

 Time Spent: Unknown
  Remaining: Unknown

    Project: maven
 Components:
             plugin-cactus
   Fix Fors:
             1.1

   Assignee:
   Reporter: David Eric Pugh

    Created: Mon, 7 Jul 2003 5:51 AM
    Updated: Mon, 4 Aug 2003 10:20 AM
Environment: Win XP Pro, JDK 1.4.2

Description:
I am upgrading to CVS head of Maven. I noticed that now when I do a build I am
getting this during the cactus:cactifywar goal:

cactus:cactifywar:
    [cactifywar] Analyzing war: C:\clients\Upstate\fortius\target\fortius.war
[cactifywar] Problem reading source WAR to when trying to detect already pre
sent JAR files (java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid EXT descriptor signature)
[cactifywar] Problem reading source WAR to when trying to detect already pre
sent JAR files (java.util.zip.ZipException: invalid EXT descriptor signature)

However, if I run it with a -X, I see that it does find jar's properly. So, is this
just an misleading message that I should ignore? Or is there something actually
wrong? Everything seems to progress okay.

Eric Pugh
