Why to postpone it till 1.1?
Either close it with resolution: won't fix or close it.
We don't have this artifact and this is not a job for us to care about
it. It is cleary explained what must be done in order to have artifact uploaded to

Hi all,
If someone could upload XMTP to the remote repo that would be great. I have been
calling the version 2.0, but there is no versioning listed on their page, only a jar
file.
