Is it possible for plugins to download their dependencies from another repository? I tried adding
maven.repo.remote=http://www.ibiblio.org/maven/,http://www.codeczar.com/maven/
to the project.properties for the plugin but the jar files aren't downloaded? Do I need to specify the additional repo somewhere else?
