Body:
I was able to get the latest from CVS HEAD to work.
However, it would be nice if the plugin would create a sub-dirctory to start resin in
and deploy the war. Otherwise, resin expands the dirctory in maven.build.dir and
creates a WEB-INF directory in every sub-directory. This isn't a big deal, but it
would be make it a little cleaner. So, maybe this should be a feature request instead
of a bug.
Thanks,

Plugin doesn't create/specify war directory correctly for resin causing it to fail
because it can't start-up resin correctly becasue resin can't find any war. Should
create a root directory for resin which contains a webapp directory.
