my own attempt at this. Basically split out the plugin.jelly file into templates. run 
with -Dmaven.idea.project.version=4 to generate Aurora files. Also added webapp 
support to both versions - however it doesn't properly cut off the basedir if you are 
adding it to maven.war.src.
v4 files are derived from a brand new install with properties changed, which should be 
a sensible default. Used values from the v3 templates where possible for consistency.

Description:
We've created a plugin which generates IDEA's .ipr, .iml and .iws files. It works with 
IDEA Aurura EAP 856 build. Not sure it will work with other builds yet, but we will 
endeavour to update it going forward.
