a) it exists more than one checkstyle plugin for eclipse

b) we can't integrate all eclipse plugin fetures in eclipse project file.

Given that maven projects typically have Checkstyle run on them, it would seem
reasonable for the Eclipse plug-in to generate projects for Eclipse that enable Atlas
Software's Eclipse Checkstyle plugin (http://www.atlas-sw.com/).
