It is only hosted (only has CVS repo) at codehaus as the apache cvs doesn't have a
useful module for this stuff. I don't really want to put it into
cvs.apache.org:/home/cvs/maven as this will pollute the root of the maven source.
We should consider the option of getting /home/cvs/maven-components created.
I do believe that both proxy and fetch should stay as part of maven, but they need to
have their own builds such that they stay properly isolated and tested.

Probably caused by closing the servletoutputstream. Downloads still seem to work
however.
