Description:
I've added a possibility to the war plugin to selectively copy files
form maven.war.src into the assembly directory.
This is useful when doing in-place webapp development. With this patch
you don't need to clean up the webapp source directory before building
war artifact.
The change is small & non intrusive. Patch updates xdocs & changes.xml
file.
