The changes plugin does this quite easily:
<doc:jsl
input="${maven.docs.src}/changes.xml"
output="changes-report.xml"
stylesheet="${plugin.resources}/changes.jsl"
encoding="${maven.docs.outputencoding}"
outputMode="xml"
prettyPrint="true"
/>
In your case, you'd need to provide the jsl in the xdoc plugin, but that
should be easy enough, right?
