Nope, it's not there. I'm not sure we should put SNAPSHOT on ibiblio. Just releases (unless exceptionally). I could do a beta release of course. Not sure it's worth it though. I sent the announcement to the dev mailing list as I just wanted a few persons to try it out before I could release it. In any case, I'll release it tonight (and of course put it on ibiblio).
