We have it and it probably makes the most sense. I will copy over the
CVS tree for the aspectj plugin and use CVS to remove the files in their
current location as not to bonk anyone updating.

Any who has apache access is welcome to maintain any of the plugins of
their choice in the maven-plugins repo if they wish. Just give a holler
and I will help you move them over so you can maintain them apart of
from the Maven core.
