** Incomplete download of JAR file not recognised as such **
I suffered a flakey network connection for a few days, and began to notice errors with
some libraries - the JAR files stored in repository/<xxx>/jars were not valid (WinZip
refused to open them). In the end I trashed the entire repository and started again,
once my network connection was back to normal.
I believe this was caused by the network connection being dropped mid-download, but
the partial file was being written out anyway.
