Improved the directory listing:
* The parent button isnt shown if the request is the '/' dir (Might be a issue within
webapps?
* Removed the '..' directory
* Created a directory image.
* The entries are now sorted and you don't have to search for a artifact.

* The 'parent directory' button should lead to the parent directory.
* The '..' catalog on the same row as the parent directory image can be dropped as it
is more confusing than helping.
* The entries in the list should be sorted
