Yo, There are also some plugins that we should push out of the nest.
I was just chatting with Martin (a torque committer) to try and take responsibility for the Maven torque plugin and I think the same could be done with the Cactus plugin where we have Apache projects with Maven plugins. The projects themselves are a better home because a) All committers on those projects will have access to fix bugs and make improvements that match the project itself. b) The project can then release the plugin apart from Maven and do so as often as they like. So Martin and Vincent do you think you could start us off moving the Torque and Cactus plugins out of Maven's purview? -- jvz.
