Ok for Lead Developer. I've started modifying some and put myself as Lead Developer (not committed yet). If others also want to be lead developer on those project, feel free to tell me. I'll be happy to change that. That said, I believe, there could be several lead developers.
We'll still need to match the JIRA lead developer with the one in project.xml What about Release Manager. Shouldn't that be the same person as the Lead Developer? Do we remove Release Manager entries?
