What I meant here was that MAVEN the project in JIRA - I think - still has bugs that relates to plugins. I know I've seen some still added recently. Anything that was previously designated for Maven 1.0 should be moved to the plugins and designated for their next release, and Maven 1.0 should be released with that or a later stable version of the plugin, which is as you said. - Brett
