This patch will probably work, but it's not really necessary to pump a keypress into
it, and a way has been provided by the JBoss team to not pause. The batch files that
are launched support a NOPAUSE environment variable that will skip past the pause if
it's set. I patched them on Friday, and I was going to submit the patch on Monday
unless someone fixes this by then...

When you do a jboss:shutdown or jboss:start it hangs waiting for the user to press any
key, however it does not receive the key press while under maven.
