I admit I excluded some plugins when I tested it as I was already at Redfern
station on the way to work :)
I'll look into this after I fix the touchstone bug. It's likely this'll be
picked up at the same time as its also to do with plugin contexts being set
incorrectly inside a reactor build.
For now, you might want to create a build.properties and exclude simian, I
think it's:
maven.bootstrap.excludes=${maven.bootstrap.excludes},simian/**
