Description:
In the jakarta-turbine-fulcrum build the sources are compiled from target/src but the
check for the existence that directory occurs in driver.jelly before any goals are
executed. So Maven thinks that the directory doesn't exist (it doesn't when it checks)
even though it is created before the compile is attempted. Need to move the check
somewhere that makes sense in the context of generated sources.
