i've read through the instructions on how to get jars on ibiblio, and created this
basic project.xml for the jasperreports upload. the actual jar can be found at:

the addition of jasperreports 0.5.0 to ibiblio would be great.
i thought there would be an "ibiblio requests" component to assign this to, but I was
unable to find one.
