Key: MPJUNITREPORT-3
Summary: Patch adding an error details section and improving layout

Description:
this patch adds a "failure details" section to the junit report with the full
stacktrace for failed tests. (needed expecially in case of errors when the message
reported can be null: actually the report doesn't contains any other detail except
than message).
The patch to junit.jsl also improves report layout and readability adding error,
failure, and success icons.
Note stacktrace reported for any failure is actually very long because of MPTEST-24
