this is caused by running java:compile first, either on the command line or by
<attainGoal />
eg:
maven java:compile checkstyle
will also cause it
This is also a problem in RC1, not an RC2 specific issue

Description:
possibly a classloader issue.
Run maven:site on checkstlye/src/plugin-test project. jdepend running first causes
checkstyle to give errors about not being able to find an AST node and the report has
nothing useful
