apparently putting back:
<properties>
<classloader>root</classloader>
</properties>
fixes it. I believe dion took these out some time ago. Is there another solution than
this?

Description:
possibly a classloader issue.
Run maven:site on checkstlye/src/plugin-test project. jdepend running first causes
checkstyle to give errors about not being able to find an AST node and the report has
nothing useful
