Please upload the apache xml-commons resolver jar version 1.1.
The jar is inside the tar.gz here:
http://apache.secsup.org/dist/xml/commons/xml-commons-resolver-1.1.tar.gz
It looks like it would have once made sense to put all the xml-commons jars in one
maven repository folder, but since xml-apis is already in it's own folder presumably
the repository should also get its own folder.
