Hello, not a vote but a question, where is the point in still supporting maven2? That additional profile makes the file harder to read. And it somewhat is encouraging to use such a old version.
Since this is a new major version and it is not expected anybody would switch to that version if he still maintains maven 2.x POMs I am not sure where that is coming from I wonder?
