If your POMs have not changed at all then it could be a bug, if your POMs have changed can you try and bisect back to see if it works again. Something changed. I'm not saying it isn't a regression but if it worked and then just stopped working we should find out what changed caused it to stop working. Your project is too big for me to easily debug.
