Hi There is something strange with http://maven.apache.org/surefire-archives/surefire-2.18/ This page lists all providers, they are grandchildren and should not be listed in http://maven.apache.org/surefire-archives/surefire-2.18/surefire-providers/index.html . Additionally links to these providers are not working, for example: http://maven.apache.org/surefire-archives/surefire-2.18/surefire-providers\common-junit4/index.html contains backslash.
This looks like a bug in maven-project-info-reports-plugin. You should probably "clean" this page by hand.
