Hello, I didn't get any feedback if the RSS/Atom feeds for the site would be of any benefit for the team, so I decided to implement it. Here's a pull request
https://github.com/apache/maven-plugins/pull/37 that could be used as a base for this feature. The implementation is far from perfect, but I believe it can be easily refactored to the desired quality.
