Provide OSGi metadata for jar projects.
It would be nice if maven-surefire artifacts provided OSGi metadata in
their manifests so that they could be used within an OSGi runtime.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/rgrunber/maven-surefire master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
https://github.com/apache/maven-surefire/pull/73.patch
