I was a little bit puzzled, cause the EntityReplacmentMap was
refererenced in the generated code...
So i was on the wrong path...thanks for clearing up that...
now just a test failed but i can compile it...

This looks like modello does not generate it...Can someone give me hint:
Is this a known bug or can i fix it somehow ?
