Semi-official! Anyone that wants to use it can do so. I forgot about the navigation. I wasn't going to do announcements - instead they would all be available as part of Maven RC2. Otherwise it would be too time consuming. If the maintainers of the plugins want to announce those releases individually then that'd be great.
