Do we have a guide as to when to Resolve as opposed to Close an issue? In my case, I've got one that is not a bug in the SCM provider, but in the release plugin (tracked by MRELEASE-904). What do I do with the SCM-725 issue?
I've resolved it for the moment, but do I only close it when/if 904 has been resolved/closed?
