Hello guys, I have implemented new streamer of classes.
The problem was with old streamer which was able to dispatch test class
name to the forked JVM.
Since 2.19 we can fire commands which may meany any information in general.
For instance SHUTDOWN, which was very important to fix. It will solve problems
where forked JVM leaked in Jenkins.
I will think about on how the implementation can be extended by SPI.
