Fix maven-scm-provider-jgit provider scmVersionType=revision checkout.
Allows checkout of
<scmVersionType>revision</scmVersionType><scmVersion>deadbeefdeadbeefdeadbeefdeadbeefdeadbeef</scmVersion>.
Checkout will be left in detached HEAD state.
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/jessegit/maven-scm master
Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:
