+1: here is mine; tested in my project @ MVN 3.2.1 Java 1.8
+1: to MWAR-262 in 3.0.0. Yes it toggles behavior of the config parameter
thus it's a chance to have it in 3.0.
Agree that setting failOnMissingWebXml or permanently creating web.xml must
be really annoying.
