Hello, as you might know, JUnit is EPL licensed. However there is currently an effort going on to relicense the surefire provider under ALv2 [1]. It looks like all contributors have accepted the relicensing, so we can incorporate the provider code soon. Would this be okay for the maven community or do we need to talk to the legal team to make this waterproof?
