This is a knows issue to me.
When using the sources-jar, the line-endings of the releasing OS is used.
Is some cases this this will cause failing tests, because it is expecting
the OS specific line-endings.
This is why a build-server won't detect it, nor when you check out the
trunk and build it yourself.
