maven-invoker-plugin : ITs fail on W10 when working directory contains space ?

Hi Hervé,

After Oktobergarten meetup, I re-work on special-characters-should-work
<https://github.com/apache/maven-plugins/tree/trunk/maven-invoker-plugin/src/it/special-characters-should-work>
IT on W10.
It works fine if working copy (project checkout) doesn't contain space.

But when working copy contains some space (common situation on W10 with
users directories Firstname/Lastname), most of ITs fail.

I created MINVOKER-209 <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MINVOKER-209>
for traceability, but I didn't have identify the root cause (invoker init
or plexus-utils problem).
