If you are talking about the date on the maven-resources-plugin site,
that's fine. It is the publish date (actually generated date), not the
release date and those are the pages used to vote for.
You still need to upgrade the Available plugins page[2]
If the documentation isn't clear about it, please improve that as well.
After you've done a couple of release you don't pay that much attention to
these kind of details, but for new release managers is it useful
information.
