The publish-scm IT fails on my machine (Windows).
According to the symlink docs[1] it is for Unix.
Reason for failure is that it cannot find the ln program.
Based on the 3 IT this seems to be a basic test, but the symlinks are
quite typical.
Maybe better to exclude this one for Windows.
In general this should not be an issue, so +1
