Hi, Would anyone be so kind to release maven-remote-resources-plugin ?
My patch was merged more than 3 years ago, and the official release is still missing. Here's the JIRA link: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/MRRESOURCES-91 The problem is org.apache:apache pom uses maven-remote-resources-plugin to create DEPENDENCIES file, and it causes re-build of the jar, sources-jar every time.
