In my experience, one should make a lookup through the pull-requests, these two #90 #95 are ready to go. It is not harmful to say -1 since Andreas as an author of the PR provided arguments for his PR and I can see that it was matter of time, one/two/three days, which correlates with the time period of the release, therefore the release manager should have a look, ask for PR competition and then it is does not matter if the release Vote would start today or three days later. The people who are developing the PR for several months and it is close to complete, it would be worth pinging them to complete it asap and include the fix in release notes. T
