maven-deploy-plugin ............................. 2.8.2 -> 3.0.0-M1
maven-install-plugin ............................ 2.5.2 -> 3.0.0-M1
Both are problematic if you create Maven plugins, see MNG-7055. This
ultimately will require upgrade to Maven 3.9.0.
maven-scm-plugin ............................... 1.12.2 -> 2.0.0-M1
This is in early incomplete stage I will likely take a year to clean up.
1.12.2 is good for a long time.
