Lately I've found an occasional need to move a Jira issue between projects; e.g. from maven-dependency-analyzer to maven-dependency-plugin or vice versa. I think this requires the Jira administrator to grant some sort of move issue permission. Is there somebody here who can do that? It seems a reasonable thing to enable by default, at least for committers who spend time triaging issues.
