Howdy, I am CANCELING Resolver 2.0.3 vote.
Reason: the fix for MRESOLVER-614 (regarding depMgmt transitivity, as revealed by Maven 4 beta-5) misses to fix important corner case, and that case sadly is NOT covered by https://github.com/cstamas/MRESOLVER-614 test (that is converted into IT MavenITmng8347TransitiveDependencyManagerTest, hence "it all looked OK).
