IMHO all site.xml (not only samples) should be migrated to new syntax.
There are several open issues regarding this. See mails on dev@ and
users@. I will write an announcement to both lists that the stack is
complete, but some doc issues are open. I won't be able to work on them
because I don't have that amount of time anymore.
