Hi, We are in progress with switching issues from Jira to GitHub,
Current status is reported on page [1] We should try to work with the new issue system, even if some of the projects still use jira we should think about GitHub issues. There is a GitHub Conventions [2] - please read it (especially committers) and try to follow recommendations. I also update the release procedures [3] about new items connected with GitHub issues. If something is not clear we should try to improve our documentations and procedures. As we also can migrate issues from jira to GitHUb, so I see no contraindications to moving forward with further projects.
