I saw no email with the vote result nor an email announcing version 3.14.1. https://repo1.maven.org/maven2/org/apache/maven/plugins/maven-compiler-plugin/3.14.1/ Yet I see the version is publicly available and a lot of automatic pull requests already created to bump maven-compiler-plugin to 3.14.1.
