Hi Piotr,

currently, eclipse JDT artifacts will be downloaded using a P2 downloader from 
eclipse update sites. You can see it in the source code and it was recently 
confirmed by the spotless team.

Back to palantir:
There are many open issues regarding Java 21+, and even 11. And so many open 
for proper record formatting. 

I haven't gotten a reply and haven't seen any progress on these. Maybe you have 
more luck in contacting them.
